Staff was friendly and helpful. Product was easy to locate. The only thing I was very disappointed by is I was given a mystery coupon for 40% of my full purchase if I used my Kohls Card (which I did). I did not get the discounts on my Levi’s, Eddie Bower, Champion or Nike items I bought. Which that was most of my order. When I figured everything out with my Kohls Cash, the 10.00 homes coupon, the 40% off, and my rewards( which she couldn’t figure out how I could use them) my total should have been 160.00 but instead it came out to 264.00. I was not happy. Especially this time of year when everyone is trying to save as much as they can to be able to get their loved ones the things they want and especially the things that they need. I don’t know about anyone else, but I do my big shopping for my kids at Christmas. I save all year to ensure they get the things I was unable to provide them with all year. Kohls, you are a great store. Yet, you can do better in honoring the coupons that state on your total order. There should be NO exclusions. So this is why you are only getting 3 Stars
Fantastic place for Amazon returns. None of the employees were secret agents spying on me (that I know of). It's much nicer than USPS or FedEx and the atmosphere is great. I believe thier is a time gateway at this location, however I have yet to locate it. The employees pretend it doesn't exist when I ask about it and look at me with a mix of concern and intrigue. Outside of that, they are respectful and helpful. The location is also well organized.
Haven't shopped here much since they started excluding things from their discounts.used to be able to buy anything..now limited to store brand clothing which is junk.no consumables or cosmetics. I don't buy much here anymore.the last 2 tops I bought there stretched out so much after washing that they looked more like night gowns. Their clothes are really awful.
Savannah from Sephora is so knowledgeable and helpful! I had a great time shopping with her and will now make this Sephora my new designated beauty store. If you go to Sephora ask for savannah! The rest of the staff was also very nice.
Went to pick up a few items for birthday gifts. Didn't really find what I wanted and had to settle. At check out, cashier was friendly at first but persistent at pushing me to open a Kohl's credit card. I declined and after that she shut right down. Didn't even thank me at end of transaction or say goodbye. Turned her back on me as I was saying Have a good day....won't be shopping there in future.
And do you notice they don't respond to negative reviews...only the good ones!
I had to go there because someone hacked a gift card I got for my birthday. Someone with a different name bought an air fryer and sent it to a different address. My $150 card had a zero balance. It took me half an hour with the store manager, who was awesome by the way, and a customer service rep at their call center to straighten it out. Now I have to wait 30 days for my replacement card in the mail. Once I get that card and it actually has a balance on it, I will upgrade my star rating because it really is a decent store.
